Each client’s situation is distinct. It takes careful listening to discern the underlying needs that must be met, and skill to create a personalized meeting plan. Consensus is expert at custom-designed meetings tailored to each client.
Consensus has an extensive toolbox of processes at its disposal, all tested in the real world, which allows for effective process design. It also can provide training in areas such as youth/adult partnerships, facilitation and team-building. In addition, Consensus has built a cadre of exceptional facilitators who assure great results.
